Red wine


Red wine, which is primarily made out of red berries, is the classic of all wines! It owes its deep red colour to the colour pigments that got released during the fermentation process. The grade of alcohol, the fermentation temperature and the pH value of the juice are mainly responsible for the colouration process. The higher the alcohol percentage, the temperature of the fermentation process and the lower the pH value is, the deeper and firmer gets the red colour of the wine.

For our selected red wines we only cooperate with wine growers with a sustainable vinyard cultivation management and the exclusive utilisation of noble vines. That way, we guarantee a constant high quality level and offer the perfect red wine for every personal taste!

Red wine Pinot Noir Barrique 2010

Strong cherry direction, typically for Pinot Noir, with a decent barrique flavour with a reminiscent flavour of coffee and chocolate. A breath of smokiness and the classical note of sloe finally characterize this wine. The orally present tastes of ripe tannid and a steely mineral structure combined with a reverberate of fruity cherry make desiring to have the next zip.

Classic Pinot Noir from Baden with reef cherry and blackberry. Touched by a slight herb and spicy note from juniper and clove, the wine has got deepness and complexity. In the oral cavity it spreads its finely balanced tannin structure and its mineral richness. A light almond flavour comes beside the fruity taste at the palate in a slow reverberate.
